How many men in high vis jackets does it take to put up a sign?
My home town is getting a make over or a 'major development/investment' of £35M in shite bland everyday high street shops (!). The local market for local traders and localish produce is being compacted into a space half it's current size. All for the nations favorite spectator sport of shopping - great? I took this picture as I liked the concrete pump arching up into the sky, but when I got the camera out noticed the skilled tradesmen going about their duties.
