photoblog image colouring book 1939

When at my parents on the weekend I found one of my dad's first crayon drawings in a colouring book, and since Lola wanted to carry on colouring in it I thought it would be good to scan and print out her own amusement 71 years after it was instigated. What is the simplest way of removing the coloured in area? Any photoshop tips are welcome....

In PS, Image > Adjustments > Replace Colour. Use the eye dropper to select first then adjust the Hue, Saturation and Level till it disappears into the background!

If you havent quite got the right area selected then use the fuzziness control to pull the selection in or out.

Good to see the piture Boyo!

Experience more than sufficiently teaches that men govern nothing with more difficulty than their tongues.
